Manage to memorise the cases in contract under offer and acceptance.. trying to figure out my flow of thought now... somehw i got it but somehw i dun... hmmm... need to really analyse the question.. hope to finish consideration by this week so that i cn move on to implied terms and misrepresentation next week...
contract is in control i guess? but common law...zzzzz... argh !!!!!!!! for criminal law, think i'm gg to push myself to finish Homicide and Offences Against Person by this week.. if not latest monday...
